Why we don't sell online

Thanks for visiting RadiatorShowroom.com. We pride ourselves on having one of the most comprehensive ranges both online and in our showroom based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Despite having an online catalogue, you've probably noticed that we don't sell online on this website. This isn't because we're not able to. You've probably seen a few designer radiator websites offering this facility, with some appearing to do a better job than others.

If you can bear with us, we'd like to explain our reasons not to offer products online via this website, so you get a better understanding of what we're about and how we see the best way to serve you.

We would like to be able to offer our range of products via e commerce and in fact do offer limited ranges of some products on our sister website, www.BathroomStuff.co.uk with certain 'in stock' ranges.

Please follow this link to see the products we can offer in this way: http://www.BathroomStuff.co.uk/designer_radiators_stock.html

Given the diverse ranges available and the different finishes we can supply, we felt that it would be more useful for you, the customer to talk with a real person and discuss your exact requirements before placing your order. That way, you'll be certain to have ordered exactly what you want and will be able to plan your installation according to your delivery dates.

We want to assist you at every stage when making your selection, making sure you choose the correct model and size with the correct heat output for your particular requirements.

Simply put, although these products are chosen for their great looks, they also need to do the job of heating your living space, and in the case of heated towel rails, to additionally dry and warm towels, so we like to make sure we can get this right for you by offering good advice.

We also want to keep you informed as to when your products will arrive, and to ensure you have the ability to receive your goods properly. In the case of some of the heavier items, you may require additional assistance when your delivery takes place, and again, we want to be sure you are aware of this, as it means we are doing our job properly.

Our detailed terms and conditions (available on request) will assist you in your selection.

IMPORTANT: Please read.

Whilst we try to maintain continuity of supply and make every effort to meet lead times specified,  due to external forces such as suppliers, couriers and the size and weight of the products, please be certain to fully check and inpect all goods within 24 hours of delivery that all items have arrived and for any damages. This is so that we can address the problems immediately and rectify these as soon as possible.

Problems of this nature are usually rectified within hours and at most, days, but can cause problems if you schedule an installer prior to receiving and fully checking your goods. We therefore recommend that you schedule any labour after receipt of your goods or at least leave a window of time for the goods to arrive, and explain to your installer that you are awaiting supply and may need to reschedule for unforseen reasons. This will allow you adequate time to instruct your installer accordingly. Most installers are happy to accommodate this and would in fact prefer this rather than cancel the works to return to you at a later stage.

Warning: Plumber's services do come at a cost and due to their skills, these charges can be quite high. We would therefore strongly discourage you from arranging for your installer to be on site awaiting delivery so that he can commence works, unless you have other works he can undertake in the meantime. Please bear in mind that he will expect you to meet his charges irrespective should your delivery not arrive in a timescale suited to his works schedule or if any other event hampers his completion of works. It is always preferable that you take delivery of your goods and check and inspect prior to your plumber arriving to commence works.

We can offer carcassing information for your installer and supply any controls or ancillary products ordered prior to your product arriving if this will assist with your installer's schedule. Due to this recommendation, we do not accept any charges levied by installers, should any unfortunate situations occur with supply, such as delays or incomplete deliveries.

Please give us a call on 08450 580 540 or email us at and we will advise you as how to best select your required products.

Again, thank you for you interest. We look forward to hearing from you.

Regards
